- Manifolds for utilities eliminates costly field installation of piping. All internal piping is complete for gas, air, water and mold coolant.
- Individual shut off valves on water, gas and air lines allow service to one machine without disturbing other machines.
- Swing out mold corking bracket for easy accessibility to the molds for corking, washing and changing.
- Air filter, regulator and lubricator for air system.
- Separate air regulator and quick connect hose for molds with air flow vent bars.
- Most grease fittings are piped to central locations on outside of machine foe ease of lubrication.
- Heavy duty steel belt internal scrap conveyor with separate drive unit extends under stacker to catch all grids and trimmings.
- Emergency stop button automatically opens the mold and trim die and returns the ladle to the no pour position.
- Machine drive mechanism and planish type trim die are guarded for operator safety.
- Heat and ventilation shields and hoods over ladle and dispense valve remove heat and gases for comfort and safety.
- Air quench on stacker to cool and age harden grid faster.
- Grid counter, grid inspection table, and tool holder are mounted to stacker.
