Battery Recycling Systems DS Battery Breaking and Separation System

Battery Recycling Systems DS Battery Breaking and Separation System separates lead, oxide, separator, and polypropylene in 4 separate discharges, and processes the material through specialized rotary cleaning units to remove the maximum amount of paste materials from the solids, in preparation for the paste to be processed through a Wirtz Paste Desulfurization System.

  • Provides specialized cleaning and separation when a Paste Desulfurization System is necessary
  • System capacity available up to 35MT/hour of un-drained lead acid batteries

Battery Recycling Systems CH Battery Breaking and Separation System

Battery Recycling Systems CH Battery Breaking and Separation System is a hybrid system with capabilities between that of the CH and the DS system. It separates lead, oxide, separator, and polypropylene in 4 separate discharges. The CH system requires a lower investment than a DS system, while providing great product separation and a low moisture oxide material that can be discharged directly into a smelter.
