Wirtz – Conbro Acid Level Filler

Conbro acid level filler is wholly owned and operated within The Wirtz Group of Companies and has been a market leader in lead acid battery formation equipment design and manufacturing for over 30 years. The Conbro Level Acid Filler can process 6-12 batteries per minute, depending on configuration and battery size/type.

General Operation:

• Batteries are conveyed into the acid level filler, and are positioned under the fill head
• The fill nozzles are lowered into the battery, and acid is discharged into the cell.
• Each cell is filled to a specific height, and a sip off vacuum is pulled to level all the cells.
• Fill heads rise and the batteries exit the filler

Fully automatic PLC controlled

Produces a level amount of acid in each cell. Provides the same outcome as a continuous filler and sip off machine, but does the acid level filler does the filling and the sip off in the same operation.
